A. Anywhere within Canada, but some travel expenses are required to be paid by the contractor. For events over 30km away from the artist’s location, a $1.44/km transportation fee is charged. For distances that require flights or special accommodations, such as hotel arrangements, all travel expenses must be booked and paid for by the contractor.

A. The artist/s will arrive 30 min early to set up. It is helpful for us if you let communicate ahead of time where you would like them to be located, as well as whether or not there will be any equipment prepared ahead of time for them to use- ie tent, table, chairs, ect.

Anyone may approach the artist to get their complimentary caricature drawn, and they will draw as many people as they are able to for the duration of the booked time, with 15 min breaks every 3 hours if applicable.

A 50% deposit of the total cost of your event is required to be paid ahead of time in order to reserve your space. An email will be sent to you with a short (2 pgs) contract to be signed and a request for the deposit. A copy of the invoice may be accessed and downloaded via clicking the “Review and Pay Deposit” button sent in the deposit request. The deposit and invoice total may be paid via credit card (which will incur 3% processing fee) or e-transfer (no fee).
